Ultimate Skip Barber Experience Auction Benefits the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America

Give the folks at the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America credit for unique and downright awesome fundraising ideas.

The latest Motorports HOF benefit is an auction for what is best described as a "two-tiered experience" that includes both a three-day adventure at a Skip Barber Racing School and a VIP experience at the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America annual Induction ceremony in March.

While either one of the tiers would be quite a prize in itself, we'll take a two-fer like that any day. And what better way to celebrate Skip Barber's induction into the Hall of Fame.

The auction is being conducted over at Bring A Trailer (bringatrailer.com) and it ends on Monday, Sept. 16.

All proceeds from the auction benefit the Motorsports Hall of Fame, located in Daytona Beach, Fla., on the grounds of the Daytona International Speedway.

Here's what the winning bidder will receive:

• Skip Barber Three-Day Racing School for one at a Skip Barber Racing School track of the winner's choice.

• Two VIP Tickets to Class of 2025 Motorsports Hall of Fame of America Induction Ceremony presented by Toyota Racing, March 10-11, in Daytona Beach.

• Two Seats at Skip Barber's VIP Table for the Black Tie Induction Gala March 11.

• Pre-induction ceremony private reception with Skip Barber.

• A president's tour of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America Museum on the grounds of Daytona International Speedway.

• A three-night stay for two at the official Class of 2025 Induction hotel—the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort.

The three-day Skip Barber Racing School experience will include track time in either a race-prepared Mustang GT or a Mygale Formula 4 car and classroom sessions.

Tracks hosting the school include Circuit of the Americas, WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Lime Rock Park, Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, Sebring International Raceway, Sonoma Raceway, and Virginia International Raceway.

While travel arrangements are not be included as part of the prize, the winning bidder can select one of the above tracks for his or her racing experience, based on availability.

The winning bidder will also get to share in the excitement of honoring the 2025 HOF class that includes Barber, Miguel Duhamel, Carl Haas, Ed Iskenderian, Dale Jarrett, Tony Schumacher, and Bill Stroppe.
