Changes for the interior of the 2025 Ram 1500 lineup are light, with the manufacturer putting the main focus of the refresh on the new engine options instead.
Changes to the interior of the 2025 Ram 1500 lineup are nearly all cosmetic, and vary based on trim level.
Even so, the changes are quite light, with a trim like the Rebel getting a new red/black mesh insert material for the cloth/vinyl seats.
The Bighorn and Lone Star trims earn new laser etching for the dashboard, doors, and console, along with new embossing on the seats.
The 2025 1500 will run the new Uconnect 5 system on either an improved 12-inch, or new 14.5-inch central touchscreen.
Both the 12-inch and the 14.5-inch screen feature split-screen functionality, and the option to run two applications at once.
According to Ram, the new system is able to function at operating speeds up to five times faster than the previous generation Uconnect software.
The system also features a new 10.3-inch passenger screen with the ability to do things like navigation or device management, as well as view functions like exterior camera angles.
If either of the 3.0-liter engines are chosen, the truck will feature an on-board power inverter that offers up to 8 kilowatts to two covered outlets in the bed.
The outlets can be turned on either with a switch in the bed, or via the center touchscreen while the truck is in park.
The engine will ramp up RPMs as needed to make sure the power inverter keeps functioning.
