The 2024 Porsche 911 S/T is a limited-edition model built to celebrate 60 years of the 911.

The 911 S/T is an even more purist take on the GT3.

Mass-reduction measures include a lightweight clutch and flywheel, carbon-fiber front fenders, and the deletion of the rear-wheel-steering system.

The engine is that of the 911 GT3: a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six making 518 horsepower. It's paired exclusively with a six-speed manual gearbox and drives the rear wheels.

Porsche claims a zero-to-60 time of 3.5 seconds for the 911 S/T, 0.2 second better than the stated figure for the GT3 manual.

A special Heritage Design package combines Shore Blue Metallic paint and a starting number of the buyer's choosing (from 0 to 99).

A six-speed manual is the only transmission offering in the 2024 Porsche 911 S/T.

The instrument panel features what Porsche calls "a classic green Porsche color scheme."

The seats' striped cloth centers are a retro touch.

Loop door pulls are part of the mass-reduction scheme.

A total of 1963 examples of the 2024 Porsche 911 S/T will be built.
