For 2025, Audi's compact luxury SUVs get a completely new look that's heavy on interesting light treatments. The sporty SQ5 has a more powerful 362-hp V-6 and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Click through to see the new SQ5 from every angle.
The SQ5 is the sportier version of the regular Q5, and its redesign brings a sleeker, albeit familiar, appearance.
Every SQ5 is powered by a 362-hp turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 that hooks up to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
If the all-wheel-drive SQ5 comes with launch control, we expect it to hit 60 mph in the 4.0-second range.
The SQ5 offers all-season tires or stickier summer rubber; wheel sizes range from 20 to 21 inches.
Called the Digital Stage, the SQ5's digitized dash features up to three screens, including an optional passenger-side display.
You'll notice the SQ5's steering wheel isn't round. Instead, it's a squarer circle—a "squircle," if you will.
Like the regular Q5, the SQ5 rides on Audi's new vehicle architecture, which is known as the Premium Platform Combustion.
New lighting elements are a prominent part of the SQ5's visual makeover, and here you can see the full-width OLED taillights.
While we don't yet know pricing, the redesigned 2025 Audi SQ5 will go on sale next summer.
