Reviews and Ratings
Overall
Pros Cons
Nice even grear shift up and down The seat back adjustment feels cheap + skimpy
Handles poor road conditions well Engine stalls easily when clutch is let out
I really like how the car drives. i feel in touch with the road Some amount of diesel exhaust smell inside
The gas mileage is super and so is the quietness. Less cargo volume than my passat .
In-line 5 cyl. engine - good pick up, good passing power I have a bad back so it needs a better lumbar support
Car in general is economical; overall good value Sluggish engine on acceleration
Diesel engine - outstanding mileage with performance Trunk- great space but needs a net or hidden space to hold things.
Reliability - always can count on vw Center console too close to gas pedal: inhibits leg room
Comfortable, convenient, and fun to drive. Engine - car jerks when first starting
The driving feel, steering and suspension The driver seat is not centered. a bit off; very annoying
