A 32-year-old woman from Wichita, Kansas has been accused of using her vehicle to pin her boyfriend against his Camaro in a shocking case of domestic violence. Thankfully the man only suffered minor injuries since a vehicle can easily maim or kill someone.

Florida woman shoots up boyfriend’s girlfriend’s car.

After the 42-year-old victim called police on the morning of August 11, police responded to the scene. They found about $13,000 of damages done to the Camaro and a cable box also broken in the domestic violence incident, reports The Wichita Eagle.

However, the girlfriend was nowhere to be found. Since the boyfriend wanted to press charges for the attack, which would constitute at least one felony charge, police tried finding her but to no avail.

The identity of the aggressor hasn’t been revealed, meaning police are probably confident they’ll find her without the public’s help. Sadly, if they did reveal her name, people would be able to figure out who the victim is. And we know from experience male victims of domestic violence are often ridiculed or treated with tremendous contempt.

Many times, women will use weapons against men in a domestic violence attack to “even the playing field.” That could be what happened in this case, with a car being the weapon of choice. It was violent enough of an attack to do serious damage to the Camaro, so the guy is lucky he wasn’t crippled or killed.

We don’t know what preceded the incident, so there’s always the chance there’s more to the story than what we’re told in the report. That said, everyone, male and female, needs to understand that a car absolutely can be used as a deadly weapon. Keep that in mind before you decide to “scare” someone using your 4,000-plus lbs. ride in the heat of an argument.
