New York Mets, Atlanta Braves announce Monday night lineups
The New York Mets open a four-game home series against the Atlanta Braves on Monday night.
First pitch is 7:10 p.m. at Citi Field. The game will be broadcast in New York on SNY and on the MLB Network nationally.
Max Fried (2-2, 3.00) will start for Atlanta, while Chris Bassitt (3-1, 2.25) will go for New York.
Earlier Monday, the Mets designated eight-time All-Star Robinson Cano for assignment as rosters dropped down to 26 players.
