A mansion located in Dubai named Kural Vista is a modern architecture masterpiece. And while the various designs and its inspiration are amazing, what we’re truly interested in is the underwater garage. It’s like nothing we’ve ever seen in a house before.
Check out Tom Brady’s fantastic car collection.
This mansion is located on the famous Palm Jumeirah’s Billionaires Row where every property is a wonder in its own unique way. Admittedly, the curb appeal isn’t great to us since the exterior of this home looks like a public library built in 1977. Of course, it’s what’s inside that really counts.
YouTuber Enes Yilmazer takes us through the property. Sure, the kitchen is amazing, as are the living spaces and the pool. But the real magic is underground in the garage, which really is a private showroom.
It seriously looks like the inside of a high-end, boutique auto dealership. There are light strips in the floor, minimalist yet beautiful designs for the walls and ceiling with plenty of lighting to highlight the main focus: the owner’s amazing car collection.
The guy has quite the lineup which includes a 2023 Ferrari 812 Competizione, 2021 Lamborghini Sian Roadster, 2016 LaFerrari Aperta, 2012 Pagani Huayra Cabon Edition, 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder Martini Edition with Weissach Package, to name a few.
There’s a triple layer of waterproofing in the garage, which is surrounded by sand and sits below sea level. You’ll also notice there are open drains in the floors just in case somehow a leak emerges. The owner drives down a sloped, winding driveway into the subterranean garage, making for a dramatic entrance.
The capacity of this amazing underwater garage is 14 cars. That might sound like plenty since most houses have space for two or three in the garage. But, when it comes to mansions that’s honestly about average. We’ve seen some which can accommodate upwards of 100 or more vehicles. Granted, none of those were underwater.
