Hyundai HND-9 concept hints at the next Genesis Coupe

Hyundai has posted these renderings of its HND-9 concept ahead of the official reveal at the Seoul Motor Show next week. The styling likely showcases hints at the direction for the next generation Genesis Coupe; of course, such design elements like the butterfly doors will be missing, but the underlying theme provides much to be enthused.

The front adopts a resemblance to an Aston Martin and the long hood holds true to the current Genesis. The HND-9 concept houses a 3.3 liter turbocharged motor, good for 365 hp, and power flows directly to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic gearbox. We'll soon see the HND-9 concept in the metal, but the bigger question remains: how much of it will carry over to the new Genesis?
