OK Go partners with Honda to create their greatest music video yet

Think of Honda's UNI-CUB as a bit like a mini Segway, only weirder. Electric and ride-able, it's a novel if not particularly useful form of personal mobility, or in the case of music-sensations OK Go, the ideal machine to ride in their most awesome video yet -- for the band's newest single, "I Won't Let You Down."

The group's viral video exploits all began with their now famous 2006 treadmill stunt in the song "Here It Goes Again." That video has now topped 23 million views on YouTube; since then, OK Go has released multiple follow ups, all with similarly amazing choreography. Their new music video has already topped 3 million views in less than 24 hours.

The shoot, which was reportedly paid for by Honda, was filmed at half speed. The band ride the self-balancing Honda UNI-CUB, which looks a bit like a tiny-unicycle, while a bunch of Japanese schoolgirls with umbrellas dance around them. It all sounds very simple, and as is the case with most insane acts of creativity, simple proves to be mind-bending.
