Should you really video your Bugatti Veyron doing 225 mph?

According to the posters of this video, the several runs of a Bugatti Veyron up to speeds of 225 mph took place "south of the border." How they end up getting pulled over by an Arizona Highway Patrol car at the end might be a bit puzzling. Also: You really shouldn't do this.

Yes, there's probably no better car in the world to wind up north of 200 mph than a Veyron; as the video shows, there's an absolute lack of drama within the cockpit at those speeds. Clearly this took some setup, with friends manning cameras and parked along the side of the road as lookouts.

But if you have access to a Veyron, and want to wind it up past the double century mark, you also likely have the resources to find a racetrack that would let you run a few laps, rather than shooting down a road where one unexpected animal could ruin the day. Wonder what the trooper had to say when confronted with a Veyron and a driver in a racing suit.
