’57 Chevy 210, Bel Aired: Flickr photo of the day

According to the Urban Dictionary:

'Bel Air,' when used as a verb, means to copy a story that another person has posted to the Internet and replace the last half with the lyrics to "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air."

In 1957, Bel Air meant something very different; the Bel Air was the premium version of that American classic, the '57 Chevy. The 210, on the other hand (missing three gold chevrons from its front fender and a pair of cylinders from its engine) was a more affordable model. Every weekday, we feature a stunning photo from Flickr, like the above high dynamic range (HDR) image of an astonishingly yellow 210 hardtop by Jacobo Munguia (honored previously for his HDR image of a lime-green 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1). If you have an amazing automotive image of your own to share with us, please add it to Motoramic's Flickr group. Oh, and be sure to read the rest of Urban Dictionary's definition of Bel Air:

Starting with the line where my mom got scared and said "You're moving with your auntie and your uncle in Bel-Air." I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said "Fresh" and there were dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought, naw, forget it, yo holmes to Bel-Air. I pulled up to the house about seven or eight and said to the cabbie "Yo holmes, smell ya later." Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.
that dude posted about his gf on a forum but his post totally got bel air'd..

You just got Bel Aired!
