The 2023 Bentayga Extended Wheelbase Gets a Ridiculously Complex Rear Seat

Bentley has a new way for customers to spend even more money on its SUV. The Bentayga Extended Wheelbase, meant to fit as a replacement for the company's flagship Mulsanne sedan, is here with seven inches of extra legroom and 24 billion possible trim combinations, the automaker announced in a press release Tuesday. Get your wallets ready, rich people.

The Extended Wheelbase is the fifth Bentayga trim to hit the market since the car's introduction in 2015. Changes to the floor, side panels, doors, and roof extends the wheelbase and rear legroom by exactly 7.08 inches. That means a new wheelbase of 125 inches and an overall length of 209.52 inches.

Of course, Bentley didn't just stretch the Bentayga's body and call it a day. The rear seating area has been totally revamped to provide the utmost comfort to occupants. The automaker says there are 24 billion possible trim combinations alone, with a total number of possible specifications "running into the trillions." So it'll be pretty easy to come up with a one-of-one Bentayga if you're creative.
