Remember Drako Motors? We last heard of the Silicon Valley-based startup automaker back in 2019 when it unveiled its first-ever car, the 1200-hp GTE sedan. Now the company is back with its second production vehicle, a 2000-hp SUV called the Dragon.

Like the GTE, the Dragon is all-electric. There's a carbon-fiber chassis—the first-ever production SUV to have one, according to Drako—that cuts weight by a claimed 50 percent when compared to a traditional SUV structure. In addition to the weight savings, it stiffens the car enough so that it can perform well in a crash, even without a B-pillar.

There's no B-pillar, of course, because the Dragon has a set of absolutely gigantic gullwing doors. They're electrically operated and big enough to allow ingress and egress to both rows of seats with ease. Inside you'll find a minimalistic but well-presented interior with a gigantic 17.1-inch infotainment screen for operating things like music, car systems, and climate control. There's also a three-stage suspension that can provide between 6.4 and 12.4 inches of ground clearance, depending on the mode.
