Tiffany Haddish Has Picked Up Another DUI Charge

Comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish has found herself on the wrong side of the law in a not at all funny situation. The celebrity reportedly was found by police in Beverly Hills asleep behind the wheel of her car and was arrested on suspicion of DUI, adding to the growing list of celebrities busted recently.

Apparently, the celebrity was slumped down on the steering wheel of her car which was parked in the middle of Beverly Drive with the engine still running. According to a TMZ report, Haddish was arrested by Beverly Hills Police Department officers after getting a call about 5:45 am on November 24.

On the night of November 23, Haddish performed at The Laugh Factory, a famous club in West Hollywood. Every Thanksgiving for the past 43 years it has hosted a free feast and show for the community.

Reportedly, Haddish didn’t fight officers, getting handcuffed and put in the back of a police cruiser without a fight. It remains to be seen what kind of legal fallout she might face from the incident.

Not everyone is happy about Haddish reportedly making a joke about the DUI incident at a show just hours after being released from police custody. We suspect many of her fans will just laugh the whole thing off as no big deal, but for those who have lost loved ones to drunk drivers, incidents like this are particularly grave.

Haddish is no stranger to police. Back in January 2022 she was arrested for DUI in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Interestingly, a witness claimed to see her asleep on the steering wheel of her car as it idled in the middle of a road. That case is headed to trial on December 4. We wonder if the latest incident will be brought up in court.
