Throughout the Dodge Viper's 23-year production, one major factor remained constant: it was powered by a naturally aspirated V-10 engine. The Throtl YouTube channel threw that out the door for its newest build: a 2001 Viper powered by a Hellcat Redeye supercharged V-8.

Throtl built this car to compete in the Dodge Direct Connection Grudge Match at Roadkill Nights 2022 this weekend, according to Engine Swap Depot. Gone is the legendary 8.0-liter V-10 that propelled the Viper to greatness, replaced by a Hellcrate 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 making 807 hp and 717 lb-ft of torque. The T56 six-speed is gone too, replaced by a more durable T56 Magnum.
