2017 Suzuki GSX-R125 is Not Coming to the US

Suzuki's GSX-R series motorcycles have defined sportbike performance for over 30 years. With more than a million units sold world wide, you can say without a doubt that the GSX-R is one of the most popular machines to ever be produced by the legendary manufacturer and the dedicated engineers who responsible for developing the GSX-R take their responsibilities very seriously. Their goal is to ensure that every GSX-R is the best performing bike in its class, so when they were faced with going head to head with the proven Kawasaki Ninja 300 and new Honda CBR 300, they chose to go a different route.

Thus we have the revolutionary Suzuki GSX-R125 ABS, with the best power-to-weight ratio, torque-to-weight ratio and acceleration, plus nimble handling and great fuel economy in the 125 class. The all-new small-bore Gxxer has aerodynamic bodywork, a low seat height, vertically stacked LED headlights and a key-less, one-push starting system. So, all those newbies in Europe are going to e pretty happy to have a nifty little entry level Single to cut their teeth on. Unfortunately, as of right now Suzuki has no plans to bring this bike to the US market. Oh well, it's still cool.
