For 2021, Audi e-tron Gets $8800 Price Cut, Plus Additional Range

• Audi dropped the base price of the e-tron by $8800 for the 2021 model year, for a new starting price of $66,995.

• The automaker also added 18 miles of range, for a total of 222 miles, by allocating more of the battery pack for daily use.

• The e-tron and e-tron Sportback Performance Plus trims now offer charging ports on both sides of the vehicle.

The Audi e-tron is a good electric luxury SUV, but it has a slightly less satisfying range than some Tesla offerings, especially when you take into account the luxury-vehicle price point. Apparently Audi has realized this, since it has just reduced the price of the 2021 e-tron by $8800, to $66,995. It’s also increased the range of the vehicle by 18 miles.
