The 2023 Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition Is the 700-HP Tonka Truck From Your Dreams

The Ram 1500 TRX easily ranks among the least subtle vehicles on sale in the United States today. That hasn't stopped Stellantis from entering the new year with yet another special version of the Hellcat-powered pickup that raises the level of visual flair. Meet the new 2023 Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition and its exclusive monotone Baja Yellow hue.

Unless you want your Ram to be all black, this new Havoc Edition is the only way to get a solid color on your TRX in 2023. Like the bright orange TRX Ignite Edition that arrived for the 2022 model year, this all-new Havoc Edition package begins with the TRX Level 2 Equipment Group. This brings desirable equipment such as heated and cooled seating, a heated steering wheel, wireless charging, and other upscale appointments. Aside from the Baja Yellow exterior treatment, the Havoc Edition also comes with a set of black 18-inch beadlock-capable wheels, a unique graphics package, and a spray-in bed liner. Other items found in the package include cargo tie-downs in the bed, a bed step, and an LED cab-mounted brake light.

The yellow theme continues inside the Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition, where customers will receive Prowler Yellow accent stitching across several surfaces. The seatbacks come embroidered with the TRX logo, while the HUD displays a Baja Yellow truck this time around. There are carbon accents befitting a supertruck throughout, including on the steering wheel. There’s also unique Havoc Edition badging, as well as a large dual-pane sunroof. Safety features such as adaptive cruise control, Lane Keep Assist and pedestrian emergency braking are included.

Ram has confirmed that production figures for the TRX Havoc Edition will be limited for 2023, though the automaker hasn’t revealed specifics quite yet. We do know that the truck is slated to carry an MSRP of $106,445 including destination when it arrives early next year. While that’s certainly pricey, it’s still a relative bargain for a machine making 702 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque.
