2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Prices Range from $57,345 to $76,345

  • The 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser has a base price of $57,345. That's for the "1958" trim level, which has cloth seats and retro round headlights.

  • The middle "Land Cruiser" model is $63,345 and the top "First Edition" is $76,345.

  • Toyota says the Land Cruiser will go on sale in the U.S. this spring.

UPDATE: We now have pricing for the more expensive trim levels. Toyota also adjusted the destination charge, so we adjusted this story accordingly.

In a world where an $80,000 Jeep Wrangler exists, a sub-$60,000 starting price for the new 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser sounds somewhat reasonable. Toyota released pricing for the new Land Cruiser's base model, called '1958' to commemorate the original Land Cruiser's arrival in the U.S. It starts at $57,345 and is scheduled to go on sale sometime in the spring. Other trim levels include the $63,345 Land Cruiser and the $76,345 Land Cruiser First Edition.

The Land Cruiser 1958 comes standard with cloth seats that are heated in front, plus an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Automatic climate control, keyless entry and pushbutton start, and a blind-spot monitor are also on the standard equipment list. Its round LED headlights give it a distinct look compared with the standard Land Cruiser's square lights, although the loaded First Edition also has the round units.

Mechanically, all Land Cruisers come with a 326-hp hybrid powertrain using a turbocharged 2.4-liter inline-four gasoline engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Toyota claims this powertrain is rated at 23 mpg combined. Four-wheel drive is standard on the 1958 trim, as are center and rear locking differentials, a two-speed transfer case, and a system called Crawl Control that's essentially cruise control for off-roading.

The $63,345 Land Cruiser trim adds equipment including heated and ventilated front seats, SofTex upholstery, a power liftgate, larger display screens, and a 10-speaker audio system. There's an available Premium package that includes leather, a 14-speaker JBL audio system, a digital rearview mirror, a head-up display, a sunroof, a cooler in the center console, and additional USB ports. We don't yet have a price for this package.

For $76,345, the First Edition combines all the elements of the 1958—most notably its round headlights—and the Land Cruiser with the Premium package. It also adds different 18-inch wheels, special badging, a roof rack, rock rails, and a front skid plate.
