Yahoo Autos 2025 Audi A3 Sedan Receives a Freshening Inside and Out
The 2025 Audi A3 receives a facelift and looks slightly more modern than before.
Interior tweaks include a new shifter and other changes to the center console and dashboard.
We expect the revised A3 to arrive in the U.S. later this year, and the high-performance S3 will receive bigger changes.
After three model years on the market, the Audi A3 rolls into 2025 with a few visual changes inside and out. Unlike its high-performance sibling the S3, which is getting numerous powertrain and chassis upgrades, the base version doesn't have any notable changes under the skin.
Audi is keeping this facelift purely visual, and the A3 benefits from a new grille that's wider than before, along with a new front bumper. The rear bumper and diffuser are also different, and the headlights and taillights are reshaped. Audi is offering what it calls "light signatures" that allow you to customize the arrangement of the daytime running lights. There are also three new colors on offer: Progressive Red, District Green, and a matte version of Daytona Grey.
Inside, the air vents are redesigned, there's a new finish for the door handles, and a smaller shifter design opens up more space on the center console. The 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment remains, and it offers more downloadable apps than before.
We don't expect any changes to the A3's standard 201-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine, which comes with standard front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive. Look for full U.S. specs for this revised model to come later this year, including pricing.
