2025 Dodge Durango Hellcat Hammerhead Is the Ultimate Sleeper
Dodge continues to roll out special-edition Hemi-powered SUVs, with the latest being this Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead.
The Hammerhead features a gray leather interior with sepia and silver stitching and carbon-fiber accents.
The exterior is painted in a dark blue color called Night Moves, and the price is $115,315.
As Dodge winds down production of its rip-snorting Hemi V-8 engines, the American automaker continues to crank out limited-edition models. The latest to join the party is the 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead, a 710-hp beast with a subtle, understated look. The Hammerhead joins the Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet and the 2024 Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI. The set of Last Call special editions marks the end of the line for the Hemi V-8, which is set to go out of production at the end of 2024.
The Hellcat Hammerhead gets its name from its seats, which are upholstered in Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather and feature a Hellcat logo in a sepia tone embroidered on the seatbacks. Other interior enhancements for the Hammerhead include forged carbon-fiber trim and black chrome accents, while the silver and sepia stitching throughout the cabin provides additional contrast. Dodge also decked out the special Durango with a suede headliner and a steering wheel wrapped in a suede/leather combo.
The body is painted in Night Moves, a dark blue hue, and paired with 20-inch Satin Carbon wheels and a Satin Black painted hood. Dodge also fitted bright exhaust tips and black six-piston Brembo brakes. As with other Durango Hellcats, the Hammerhead's supercharger 6.2-liter V-8 propels the SUV from zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 180 mph. Dodge claims the Hammerhead will cover the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds.
The Hammerhead is available to be ordered from dealerships now but will only be produced in limited quantities, although Dodge didn't provide a number. The Hammerhead costs $115,315, the same price as the Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet. For those who want a "sleeper," the Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead's combination of low-key looks and monstrous performance will certainly do the trick.
