2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N: Here's How Much It Costs

Ioniq 5 N fans, it’s time to start saving your pennies. Hyundai has finally dropped pricing on the upcoming Ioniq 5 N, and it’s predictably spendy. The dual-motor, battery-electric Ioniq 5 N will start at $67,475, including the $1,375 destination charge. That will make this the most expensive option among the Ioniq 5 family, but that extra cost comes with some potent hardware.

Currently, the most powerful non-n Ioniq 5 variant sports two motors and throws 320 hp to all four wheels. The 2025 Ioniq 5 N cranks that number to peak 641 hp. For those without a calculator handy, that’s over double the amount of output, but that peak figure is only available with the N Grin Boost system engaged. That mode unlocks an extra 40 hp to the normal 601 hp for ten seconds.

Feeding those motors is only one battery option: 84 kWh. This shouldn’t be a huge surprise, but this battery is the same as the larger option on the non-N Ioniq 5 models. While Hyundai hasn’t revealed the expected Ioniq 5 N’s range, we can assume that if you have a heavy right foot, it will have less range than the 260 miles currently available from the Ioniq 5 Limited.

As for how this price stacks up, it’s simple. The Ioniq 5 N adds $12,600 to the already spendy Ioniq 5 Limited model. This is also more expensive than the Kia EV6 GT and Tesla Model Y Performance. Though, the Ioniq 5 N boasts more oomph than both. According to Hyundai, these Ioniq 5 N models are scheduled to hit dealers sometime this month, which means you can see for yourself if the price tag is justified.
