2025 Kia Carnival revealed at the Chicago Auto Show

The 2025 Kia Carnival gets a light styling refresh and a significant powertrain change. It will now be available with a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder hybrid that makes 242 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. It's paired with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive, and the same basic powertrain is already in use in the Kia Sportage and Sorento hybrids. It will also continue to be available with the current 3.5-liter V6. Styling changes include new lights, grille and bumpers, plus reworked interior controls and panels. It goes on sale this summer, and pricing and fuel economy numbers should become available closer to the on-sale date.
