Alesha Dixon has admitted that lockdown homeschooling is “chaos” in her house, saying it is more challenging than in the first lockdown.

Like other parents across the UK, Britain’s Got Talent star Dixon and her husband Azuka Ononye are tackling learning at home with their eldest daughter Azura, 7, while schools are shut to tackle the rates of coronavirus cases.

But Dixon told OK! magazine that they had more on their plate than last time, thanks to one-year-old daughter Anaya being able to walk now.

She said: “There’s certain times in the day where my partner and I look at each other with that frazzled look and it’s like: ‘Is it bed time yet?!’”

Explaining that they were “naturally quite positive people”, she said that they were doing their best to keep home learning fun for Azura.

She said: “It’s a bit like in the first lockdown; the first week was a bit bumpy and then you get into a rhythm and everyone knows what their role is, what they’re doing and I feel like we’ve found that flow now.
