For seven years, the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio has been the heart of Alfa Romeo's performance lineup in America. It was joined by a quick crossover, the Stelvio Quadrifoglio, a year later. After a long run on the North American market, the Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio models as we know them today will soon no longer be available.

That word comes from a LinkedIn post by Alfa Romeo and Fiat Senior Vice President Larry Dominique. The change, Dominique claims, is part of the brand's "metamorphosis to an electrified future" rather than the end of Quadrifoglio-branded products in the U.S. market. Notably, he adds that this final run of Giulias and Stelvios are only the final products with "only combustion engine technology," suggesting that the lines may return with hybrids in the near future.

The brand is also expected to produce EVs as part of a company-wide push to electrify everything Stellantis makes. Alfa Romeo has already revealed its major production EV in the Milano, but that car is not expected to reach the American marketplace. Performance EVs and hybrids seem like a likely avenue for Alfa Romeo to explore as it electrifies, but the only performance EV the brand has announced so far is the electric variant of the limited-run 33 Stradale supercar.

If you want an Alfa powered by a screaming V-6, your last chance to order one is April of this year. The final examples of these models headed to our shores exit the factory in June, so the window is closing fast.
