An Apple executive is leaving the company after making a crude joke during Pebble Beach that turned up in a viral TikTok video, Bloomberg reports.

Tony Blevins, Apple's vice president of procurement, was approached by TikTok star Daniel Mac during Monterey Car Week in August as he was exiting the driver's seat of a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster. When asked what he does for a living—the question Mac asks all of his video subjects—Blevins said, “I have rich cars, play golf and fondle big-breasted women, but I take weekends and major holidays off," according to the now viral TikTok's video captions.

Blevins was removed from his post following an internal investigation into the incident, Bloomberg reports. The 22-year Apple veteran confirmed the news personally with the publication. “I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to anyone who was offended by my mistaken attempt at humor,” he told Bloomberg.

Blevins has been an important part of Apple's success in the 21st century, according to Bloomberg. Described as Apple's chief cost cutter by the Wall Street Journal, he's helped to increase profits and secure supplier deals ahead of rivals. He'll reportedly be tough to replace due to his vast industry connections and shrewd negotiating skills.
