The E-class comes standard with appealing infotainment features, and all of them are incorporated into a large and legible screen. The Comand system's slow response times are disappointing, but the most common menu functions are intuitive; lesser-used functions are hard to locate, however.
What's New for 2018?
Buyers in need of child-pacifying rear-seat entertainment can opt for the Rear Seat Entertainment and Comfort Adapter ($170) that allows users to mount their existing iPads to the backs of both of the front seats. Otherwise, the E-class's infotainment offerings remain the same for 2018.
