Jaguar and Ridley Scott create an F-Type movie in “Desire”

Ridley Scott and Jaguar have been canoodling on a recent project called "Desire." It's a short feature celebrating the release of the Jaguar F-Type - the first sportscar the brand has released since the legendary E-Type ceased production in 1974; one we drove just a few weeks back and loved. The movie stars British actor Damian Lewis, and drama ensues deep in the Chilean desert. Perhaps the biggest star of the film, unsurprisingly, remains the glorious F-Type V-8 S. It's supercharged 5.0-liter motor boasts 495 hp, making the auditory quality of the movie superlative. The rest of the film admittedly lacks depth, but witnessing the desirable British sportscar amidst the flailing dust, meshed with Scott's stunning production, remains a sight to behold. Plus, the ending displays a twist worthy of every true Hollywood flick.
