Living in Strasbourg, a French city famous for its medieval architecture, Jacques Jenn was dreaming of Mustangs. So when his contact finally found him a "matching numbers" 1968 Fastback in Chicago, he didn't hesitate. The red car was put on a boat, and the two-year restoration process began in France. This involved Jacques waking up at 5:30 AM twice a week, so he could put six hours into his dream car just before putting on a suit for his regular job.
Jacques knew that there's just enough room for first-generation Mustangs on European roads, and that a '68 Fastback demands a green paint job, no matter where it may land. Having worked on the car with his son, once the restoration was finished, he also drove it to marry the women who supported the project for two long years. Living the dream.
