Buy an Abarth, Get a Free Bondurant Track Day

From Road & Track

Compared to other cars in their class, the Fiat 500 and 124 Spider might not be the best on paper. But if you spring for the Abarth version of either, you'll be rewarded with one of the best-sounding, most fun cars you can get for the price. And now there's another reason to add that Abarth to your garage-free track instruction.

Fiat announced today that it will now include a free day of track instruction at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance in Arizona if you purchase or lease a new Abarth. Track days are regularly included with the purchase of a high-performance car like a Shelby Mustang. But both these cars start under $30,000, and at that price point, a free day of track instruction is somewhat uncommon.

If you're interested in the experience but don't plan on buying a new Abarth any time soon, you'll also be able to purchase the Abarth track experience separately. Either way, you'll be responsible for getting yourself to Bondurant's driving school in Arizona, so it's not exactly "free."

As we found out when we drove the Viper there, though, it's a great experience and definitely worth it if you get a chance to go.
