Want to cruise in style? You can't do much better than an Alfa Romeo Montreal. It's one of Alfa's most iconic cars, with a legendary look and a wonderful sound. This one's in great condition, and it's for sale. You should buy it.

Welcome to You Must Buy, our daily look at the cars you really should be buying instead of that boring commuter sedan.

Designed by Marcello Gandini (yes, that Gandini), the Montreal has style for days. The top half of the headlights are shrouded in louvers, which flip down and out of the way when you turn the car on. It's a striking look that makes the Montreal easy to identify. There's also those massive side vents to the rear of the doors, and that iconic triangular Alfa grille centerpiece.

What people don't mention much about the Montreal is its powertrain. Under the hood is a 2.6-liter dry-sump V8 that sends power to the rear-wheels via a five-speed dogleg manual gearbox. It's not a huge motor, but it sounds fantastic. Like, really good. Honestly, it's one of my favorite road-going V8 sounds ever. If you get the chance to see one in person, make sure you're around when it fires up. You won't regret it.

This particular car, for sale at a shop called Fantasy Junction in Emeryville, California, looks to be in great condition, with a stunning black paint job and an original black interior. All the mechanicals are said to work properly, and the engine is strong. Mileage is listed at just about 62,000, with an asking price of $119,000. Prices for these cars have skyrocketed in the past few years, and judging by the market, they'll only get higher from here. If you're looking for one of the coolest grand touring experiences out there, we'd say this Montreal is worth a try.
