This Camouflaged Mercedes Four-Door Could Be the New AMG Sedan
Ever since Mercedes debuted its stunning AMG GT four-door concept back in March at the Geneva Motor Show, we've been wondering when we might see a production version hitting the showroom floor. Now, thanks to this latest spy video, that date might come sooner than we think.
Spotted driving through a small down in Germany, this camo-covered four-door Mercedes looks to be a test mule for some sort of future AMG sedan. The fascia shares a shape with the concept we saw back in March, and those four tailpipes at the back are a signature piece of any new AMG.
We're guessing that strange hump behind the rear window has been placed on to hide the car's true shape, and will be replaced with a more streamlined design once production starts.
Though it's likely this test mule is the new AMG sedan, we don't know for sure-it could very well be just a new-generation CLS. In the meantime, watch the video for yourself and be the judge.
