Yahoo Autos Cardi B just debuted grey hair on the Met Gala red carpet and looks like an actual Barbie
Look, we expected big change from the Met Gala; all our faves competing for the spotlight at fashion's biggest night of the year. It's very much a go big or go home type of vibe, where playing it safe is one of the riskiest things you can do. And of course that's not limited to the outfits, oh no no, Jessica Chastain has gone blonde, Florence Pugh has gone bald, and well... Cardi B's gone grey.
While it's perfectly normal to experience grey hair at younger ages, it's safe to say this is not the 30-year-olds reveal of her natural greying. Worn with a thick black headband, her huge beehive cartoon-like grey hair is far from natural, and has her looking like a living doll.
While Barbara Anne Roberts may be the world's most famous blonde, the comparison to Barbie is undeniable; pristine and preppy, this new look has the rapper looking cute as a button.
In fact looking at her full look we know exactly what type of Barbie too, she looks just like one of those Barbie cakes with the doll surrounded by a skirt of cake. You know the ones you always wanted but were never allowed.
The star went to great effort to keep her grey hair and her outfit under wraps, throwing us all off the scent by leaving her hotel in a totally different look with classic brown hair.
Either that or she just wanted to wear an extra look, because it is also absolutely fire.
