Chris Harris Thinks the Ferrari F12tdf Is More Aggressive Than a LaFerrari

From Road & Track

The Ferrari F12tdf is a supercar in the old-school sense. It's not designed to flatter beginners or make heroes out of those who don't deserve it. Where every other modern Ferrari is approachable in spite of its speed, the F12tdf is just waiting to embarrass you. Chris Harris, who's driven every modern Ferrari including the LaFerrari, says the tdf is the most aggressive thing the company's ever made.

For what feels like the first time ever in one of his video reviews, Harris prefers to leave the car's ultra-advanced traction control systems turned on to manage the F12tdf's 770 horsepower. Ferrari engineered way more front-end grip into the F12tdf, to the point that it overwhelms the rear end. Oversteer is mandatory.

Harris comes away rather speechless from the F12tdf, amazed that well-heeled members of the public can buy it and drive it on the road. Perhaps Ferrari went overboard with the F12tdf, but wouldn't you rather a Ferrari be intimidating than friendly? If you want friendly, buy a Miata.

Of course, we can't embed the video here, so head on over to Top Gear's site to watch.
