Ever wondered what happens to thoroughly used-up cars in the Principality of Andorra, the landlocked microstate between Spain and France? I'm talking of course about all those high-mileage Seats, Peugeots, Renaults, Suzukis, Fiats, Opels, Toyotas, Subarus, Volvos, Hyundais, Volkswagens and Daewoos that can't make it to Albania for a second lifetime of use. The machines that have gone out in style, not just with a bang, but with many.

Have you been wondering about that? Because as it turns out, the people of Andorra enjoy nothing more than getting together in one of the Pyrenees mountain's many green valleys, for nothing other than a good old-fashioned Euro-style demolition derby.

But who was the wild card entering a Fiat Panda? Didn't they know how terrible pandas are in combat? And how about that Subaru wagon? Not bad, Andorra, not bad!
