The NTT IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis 500 are getting a new TV home in 2025.

IndyCar announced today a media rights deal that will put every race—including the granddaddy of them all, the Indianapolis 500—on FOX Sports TV next season. The deal also calls for the entire schedule to be available on the FOX Sports app, and FOX Deportes will offer Spanish-language coverage.

The only real change in the 2025 schedule, beside the move to a different network, is the race at the Thermal Club in California on March 23 that will become a full points-paying race. The race was a $1 million exhibition event this past spring.

IndyCar has been a fixture on NBC since 2009. More recently, NBC's Peacock streaming has also had a share of the IndyCar coverage.

The series will be the only major racing series in the U.S. to air exclusively on one network.

“This represents unrivaled exposure and provides an unparalleled growth opportunity for the most competitive and entertaining motorsport on the planet,” IndyCar CEO Mark Miles said. “FOX Sports is a fully committed partner, ready to bring engaging and technically innovative coverage to millions of fans across the country while also promoting IndyCar thoroughly across all its platforms.”

“Adding the iconic Indianapolis 500 and delivering the entire NTT IndyCar Series to the FOX Sports roster fits perfectly within our model of teaming with sports’ largest events and best-in-class brands,” FOX Sports CEO and executive producer Eric Shanks said. “We’re honored to be the new broadcast home to ‘The Greatest Spectacle in Racing,’ an incredibly special event to everyone at FOX Sports.”

The FOX family sister channels, FS1 and FS2, will be home for all IndyCar practice sessions and qualifying, as well as the Indy NXT feeder series.

The on-air talent in the booth has yet to be announced.
