Yahoo Autos Evora Sport 410 One Take
If you didn't know, we're fans of the Lotus Evora around here, particularly the newest versions of the model. While the Evora GT430 is more interesting (and I think better) than a 911 GT3, the Evora 400 is a more subdued car, akin to a Porsche Cayman. But then there's the Evora Sport 410, a more focused version of the 400. Where does it fall?
This might sound crazy, but it just might be the true successor to the original Acura NSX. Think about it. Both cars have reliable Japanese power, are lightweight and mid-engined, don't have a lot of electric gizmos and doo-dads, and can hang with cars that cost two or three times as much.
At least that's what Matt Farah found when Lotus loaned him this glorious JPS black and gold liveried Evora Sport 410 for a few days around Los Angeles. And if you don't want a Lotus badge, why not just pick up a few NSX badges off eBay? People probably won't know the difference.
Funnily enough, the Evora Sport 410 is actually being usurped in the lineup by the Evora GT410 Sport, which takes learnings from the GT430 Sport and applies them to a lower powered car. So this one might be obsolete before you can even buy one.
