The Chevy Bolt EV looks more like a conventional small hatchback than a crossover, and it doesn't turn heads the way that the Tesla Model 3 or the BMW i3 do. Still, its small footprint makes it easy to maneuver in parking lots.

What's New for 2019?

While the Bolt continues to resemble many basic and economical cars, at least the Premier trim adds snazzier exterior touches such as chrome trim and exclusive wheels. Along with the new Green Mist and Slate Gray paints, Chevy spices up the palette with a Shock color that does exactly as its bright lime-green hue implies.

Other than these new paint colors, the exterior of the 2019 Bolt EV is the same as the 2018 model. For more information on the exteriors, read our in-depth review of the 2018 Chevy Bolt EV.
