Call it restrained or adult, the Chevy Volt's styling is surprisingly unexciting for a car that was revolutionary when it debuted. Uninitiated observers might not even know it's special. And where's the fun in driving a hybrid if no one else knows about it?

What's New for 2019?

While there are no extraordinary updates to this nondescript hatchback, the newly available, dealer-installed Blackout package brings gloss-black 17-inch wheels and black front and rear Chevrolet bow ties for a sportier look. Pacific Blue metallic paint joins the color palette for 2019, too.
