Fans Bombard Tom Brady After Seeing His Mother’s Day Tribute on Instagram

During his 23-year NFL career, quarterback Tom Brady had millions of fans cheering him on to his seven Super Bowl wins. But on Mother's Day, the newly-retired athlete turned the tables to become a superfan for all of the MVP moms in his family.

Tipping a cap to his mom, Galynn, as well as exes Gisele Bündchen and Bridget Moynahan, Brady posted a photo gallery on Instagram on Sunday, May 14:

"Happy Mother’s Day to all these amazing women who have given our family so much throughout their lives. Thank you all for your love, compassion and kindness, and for setting such an amazing example for all of our little ones," he wrote.

Blue Bloods star Moynahan and Brady were together from 2004 and 2006, and have been co-parenting their 15-year-old son John "Jack" Edward Thomas since 2007. Soon after Moynahan and Brady split, supermodel Bündchen and Brady met on a blind date, and the duo married in February 2009; one month after getting engaged. By December, Bündchen had their first child, Benjamin Rein, who’s now 13. A few years later, 10-year-old Vivian Lake joined the squad.

Last October, about 4 months before he decided to officially hang up his NFL helmet, Bündchen and Brady jointly made a big announcement: “In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage,” Brady wrote at the time in an Instagram story. “We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.”

The Brazilian supermodel added, “With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart.”
