The very last available build slot for Dodge's insane Challenger SRT Demon 170 was sold last weekend at auction for an eye-watering $700,000, with all proceeds going to charity.

The auction was just for an allocation, meaning the car in question has yet to be built. Auction house Barrett-Jackson says the winning bidder can spec the car to their liking, with every available option on the table. There are 14 exterior colors and four interior themes to choose from according to Mopar Insiders, alongside add-ons like two-piece carbon-fiber wheels ($11,495), a power sunroof ($9995), and a passenger seat ($1995).

Barrett-Jackson says the winning bidder will be able to select a custom color for their 1025-hp factory drag car, solidifying it as a true one-of-one Demon 170. According to the listing, 100 percent of the hammer price will go to Kristi House, a charity dedicated to ending child abuse and sex trafficking.

The Challenger SRT Demon 170 is priced from $96,666 plus destination, meaning the winning bidder could've purchased seven examples for the price of this allocation (albeit without the custom color opportunity).
