Get a First Look at the Next-Gen Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ

• Instagram user Kystify spotted the next-generation Toyota 86 testing in Ann Arbor, Michigan where Toyota has a research and development facility.

• The new 86 and Subaru BRZ are expected to be powered by a 260-hp turbocharged flat-four paired with a standard six-speed manual transmission.

• Expect to hear more about the new sports cars by the end of the year after production of the current-gen is finished.

Toyota and Subaru are both slowly phasing out production of their shared 86 and BRZ rear-wheel-drive sports cars, meaning that the next-generation of the two sports cars is coming soon. Toyota was seen testing what seems to be the next-gen 86 in Ann Arbor, Michigan by Instagram user Kystify, and it looks like the new sports cars are going to be even more of a good thing.
