Flashy 2016 Ram 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport Limited Edition Debuts
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) this week unveiled a new limited-edition 2016 Ram 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport that features distinctive interior colors and bumble bee yellow accents to match the large pickup’s bold, bright yellow exterior paint with black sport hood stripes. Only 2,250 copies will be produced. The 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport truck will arrive this month in dealer showrooms at a suggested starting price of $44,340.
The Ram 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport is a themed truck that offers a bold yellow look that is akin to another recent special-edition Ram truck—the Yellow Rose of Texas. It’s available in Crew Cab 4x2 or 4x4 configurations and is powered by a standard Hemi V-8 engine that produces a rambunctious 395 horsepower when partnered with the 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. Dual chrome exhaust tips and a vented sport hood are features on the truck that rides on 22- or 20-in. (4x4 variants) wheels.
A black cabin is accented with light black chrome and yellow details that include yellow stitching throughout and sport embroidery on black leather and mesh insert seats. Ram head logos are centered on the headrests. The Stinger Yellow Sport also comes equipped with a Uconnect information system with 8.4-in. touch screen, navigation, and rearview camera.
