Ford Hints at High-Performance F-150 Lightning Concept

During the announcement event surrounding Ford’s return to F1 alongside Red Bull Racing on Friday, the Blue Oval outlined the ways in which motorsports continue to impact its products. One graphic from the presentation has sparked particular interest from fans, as it hints towards a high-performance F-150 Lightning serving as the basis for the brand’s next EV concept.

The graphic in questions is broken up into four parts. The first is focused on the S650 generation Mustang and the racing series that it will join, including NASCAR, ISMA, and SRO. Another takes a look at Ford’s involvement in off-road motorsports, with a Bronco logo on full display in the center.
