Frustrated by Theft, Kia Owner Dumps Car at DealerKia

Thanks to a viral TikTok trend, Kia and Hyundai vehicles have been the target of drastic increases in theft. One Kia owner in Washington state got so fed up with multiple theft-related incidents with his car that he just dumped it at the Kia dealership. He then walked four hours to get home, per Seattle Fox 13 News.

Behrouz Alimoradi reported his Kia as stolen in late November. The theft took place in Federal Way, Washington. Unfortunately for Alimoradi, this was nothing new. He said in the last two years, he has had to deal with four different theft incidents with his car. This time, his car was found by police, but someone came back and smashed all the windows while it sat in the driveway. Alimoradi could not take any more.

Because of incidents like this, Alimoradi said he's had to pay thousands of dollars to repair his car.

"I’m tired, you know. I swear I’m tired about this car," he said to Fox 13.
