The Lotus Evija is set to be one of the coolest new cars of 2021. It's an all-electric, all-wheel drive hypercar making 2000 horsepower, packed into a stunning carbon-fiber body. The company has just released a video detailing the car's drive modes, giving us our best look yet of the car on the move.

The man behind the wheel is Gavan Kershaw, director of vehicle attributes for Lotus. He's responsible for making sure the Evija still drives like a Lotus, despite its exotic powertrain, output, and massive $2.5-million price tag. While doing laps around the brand's Hethel test track, he talks us through the car's five drive modes.
