Infiniti Gearing Up to Launch QX55 SUV This Fall

• Originally set to go on sale in summer 2020, the Infiniti QX55 has now been rescheduled for the 2022 model year.

• The production model is now set to be revealed on November 11 on social media.

• The coupe-like QX55 is based on the compact QX50 SUV, and we expect it will share that model's VC-Turbo powertrain.

Infiniti has teased us with the QX55 not once, not twice, but three times now as it grapples with production delays for its revived lineup of luxury cars and SUVs. The QX55, which is in essence a chopped-roof version of the QX50 SUV, was originally said to be heading to production in 2020, but it will now be pushed to 2021.
