The new Jeep Wrangler may be the new standard in off-roaders, but if you're more into classics, this International Harvester Scout II Terra might be the truck for you.

Welcome to You Must Buy, our daily look at the cars you really should be buying instead of that boring commuter sedan.

Equipped with its factory 3p45 cubic-inch V8 and four-speed manual transmission, this rare Terra model has just been treated to a fresh repaint, according to the sellers at Worldwide Vintage Autos. The trim pieces, glass, wheels, tires, bed, interior, and underside all look in tip-top shape, judging by the pictures. The 4x4 system is said to function normally, while the engine's top end has reportedly been rebuilt by the previous owner.

With just 52,948 miles on the clock, we'd have a hard time finding a cleaner Terra-model Scout II. Worldwide Vintage Autos currently lists the truck on its site with an asking price of $18,900, which, considering its rarity and condition, seems pretty reasonable.
