If Judd Apatow Had a '68 Firebird, He'd Never Have Become a Comic Legend

From Road & Track

Usually on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, Jerry Seinfeld picks a classic car to accentuate the personality traits of his guest. For this episode, Seinfeld went in the other direction-driving a rad 1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 Convertible to try to break director Judd Apatow out of his notoriously nerdy shell. Also, they get burgers and milkshakes for breakfast because when you're a successful comedian, breakfast food norms need not apply.

Seinfeld argues that if Apatow had this car as a dorky teen growing up on Long Island, we wouldn't have all the great films and TV shows he's made-like Freaks and Geeks, and Anchorman.

You can watch the full episode live, right here, right now. The Firebird can't suppress Apatow's comedy nerd tendencies, or Seinfeld's for that matter.
